Reservations can be made by phoning the business office Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. In the event you call after hours, your call will be forwarded to the staff on-call. One night’s rate will be required to secure your reservation and is payable by credit card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover, only. No debit cards will be accepted.

During peak season, April 1st to October 31st, a two night minimum is required on weekends and a three night minimum on holiday weekends. (ex. Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc)

Check-in is between the hours of 3pm and 10pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Early check-in is based on availability and will incur a $25.00 fee. Earliest check-in would be 1pm.

Check-out is at 11am. Late check-out is based on availability and incurs a $25.00 fee. The latest check-out time, without being charged for an additional day, is 1pm.

No smoking is permitted in any room or cabin, no exceptions. A fine of $50.00 will be applied if smoking is detected by our housekeeping staff.

No pets will be permitted in Cabin 1 and Rooms 3 through 9 except certified service animals. Cabin 2 is pet friendly with a non-refundable fee of $25.00 per day per pet. Current vaccination records for each pet will be presented at the time of check-in.

Pool use is for Bosque Resort Motel guests exclusively during the hours of 10am to 10pm. There will be no lifeguard on duty and the rule is “Swim at your risk”. Pool rules are posted and we request our guests respect them for the safety of all. ***Please rinse thoroughly, body, hair and swim attire, after swimming in the lake before using the pool.

Quiet time, as a matter of consideration for other guests, will be at 10pm on week nights and 12 midnight on weekends.

Occupancy maximums are set to preserve the safety of all guests.

Drinks and snacks are provided for your enjoyment, with price list included. Your credit card will be charged according to the items consumed.

Remote controls found to be missing or damaged will incure a $100.00 charge for the television remote, a $100.00 charge for the Dish remote and a $150.00 charge for the AC remote.

Towels and linens are provided for use in the cabins and rooms only. Please bring your own towels for use at the pool or lake.

Cancellations made 30 in advance of the scheduled stay will incur a $25.00 carrying fee. For cancellations made between 8 – 30 days in advance of scheduled stay, one night will be charged. Cancellations made less than 8 days of scheduled stay & ‘no shows’ will be charged for the full reservation.
